　　C6大鼠胶质瘤细胞

　　描述：胶质细胞株C6是由Benda等用N-nitrosomethylurea诱导的大鼠胶质瘤克隆，并经过一系列的体外培养和动物传代交替后建成的。当细胞从低密度生长到满瓶时，S-100产量增加10倍。
